Good to know

Sections vs. pages
A section is a block on one page, such as Services or FAQ. A page has its own URL. Navigation and footer are never billable sections. Extra-section charges apply only to Starter; Portfolio and Business are priced by page.
Your content
You supply accurate content and licensed images; light polishing is included. New copywriting is an add-on at $100 per page.
Need a logo too?
Logo design is available by custom quote, on its own or alongside your website. It is not included in the $150, $500, or $700 packages.
Interactions
Standard packages include simple transitions and polished interactions. Elaborate custom animation, video production, and advanced interactive experiences are scoped separately. This site is a showcase, not the definition of an entry-level package.
Payment
50% deposit after a written scope, remaining 50% before launch, by secure invoice. Timing is confirmed in the proposal once requirements and content are reviewed.

Estimator

Know the number before you email.

Three short steps. No contact details required to see the estimate; it updates as you choose.

  1. 1Project needs
  2. 2Features & care
  3. 3Estimate & inquiry
What do you need?

What kind of work?

Choose a package

Need more than ten extra? Describe it in the inquiry and we’ll quote it properly rather than capping your project.

What must be preserved?

Targeted fixes are $75 per hour with an estimate agreed before work begins. We don’t guess hours or totals before reviewing the site, so the summary will say “site review required.”

Send the address and your goals. After a review we’ll recommend targeted fixes or a rebuild and send a written scope. Nothing is charged for the review request.

Is this a new logo or a refresh?

Logo design is quoted after a short brief. The written scope defines concept count, revision rounds, deliverables, timing, and price before work begins.

What are you thinking about?

Custom projects get a written quote after we discuss scope. SharePoint work is built in your own Microsoft 365 tenant with your licensing.

Nonbinding estimate. Third-party subscriptions, usage, and applicable taxes are additional and not calculated here. A final quote follows requirement review.

Optional website care

Someone who checks.

Scheduled monthly care for the website we delivered, not continuous monitoring or unlimited development. Optional, cancel any time, and it never affects your ownership.

Essential

$79/month

For a site that mostly stays the same and should quietly keep working.

  • Monthly form-delivery and key-link checks
  • Review of domain and HTTPS expiry alerts
  • Verify source and asset backups and rollback availability
  • Routine minor fixes to the delivered website and existing integrations
  • Up to 30 minutes of requested text, image, and link edits
  • No rollover of unused time

Plus

$149/month

For a site with changing menus, hours, offers, or news and a monthly read on how it’s doing.

  • The same routine monthly checks
  • 90 minutes of content-editing time per month instead of 30
  • A brief monthly maintenance and analytics summary where analytics is configured
  • No rollover of unused time

As-needed work

$75/hour

For anything outside a plan, or if you prefer no plan at all. Estimate agreed before work begins.

Separate from care: new pages, redesigns, logo creation or redesign, major migrations, new features, marketing campaigns, AI usage and monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, and third-party subscription charges.

No 24/7 service or response-time guarantee is offered.

Ownership

It’s yours.

Domain and code
You own your domain. After full payment you receive the agreed custom code and deliverables, subject to any third-party licenses.
Care is separate
Optional care never changes ownership. Cancelling care does not remove your website or your files.
Editing
Owning the code does not automatically include a visual content editor. If you want to edit pages yourself, a CMS is scoped separately.
Logos
The written scope defines handoff and rights to the final approved design, including source files and any third-party font or asset restrictions. Rejected concepts, font licenses, and third-party assets do not transfer automatically.
Your accounts
We recommend registrar, hosting, and repository accounts in your name with delegated access for us, so nothing about your site depends on our accounts.

FAQ

Straight answers.

If yours isn’t here, ask directly.

What do the packages include?

Every package includes responsive layouts, basic on-page and technical search setup, domain connection, one working inquiry form, two consolidated revision rounds, and a 30-day window for defects in agreed deliverables. Portfolio is one page ($25 per additional page); Starter is one scrolling page with up to six sections; Business is up to five pages with one standard booking embed included. Military and student customers get 10% off one-time website charges.

Can you improve my current site?

Yes. Targeted fixes are $75 per hour after a site review, with an estimate agreed first. A full rebuild uses the normal package prices; migration and unusual integrations are quoted after review. If you’re unsure, send the address and we’ll recommend a path.

What do I need to provide?

Accurate text, licensed images, your logo if you have one, and access to services you already use, such as your domain registrar or booking provider. Light polishing of your text is included; new copywriting is an add-on at $100 per page.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the package, add-ons, and how quickly content arrives. We confirm timing in the written proposal after reviewing requirements rather than promising a turnaround up front.

Do I own the website and domain?

Yes. You own your domain, and after full payment you receive the agreed custom code and deliverables, subject to third-party licenses. Optional care is separate from ownership.

Can I edit it myself?

Owning the code doesn’t automatically include a visual editor. Small edits are part of optional care, and a content management system can be scoped separately if you want to edit pages yourself.

Is monthly care required?

No. Care is optional: Essential is $79 per month, Plus is $149 per month, and as-needed work is $75 per hour. Cancelling care never removes ownership of your website.

What other ongoing costs might apply?

Your domain registration, any hosting plan you choose, and third-party services such as booking, newsletter, or AI providers bill you directly. Applicable taxes are additional. We list these separately rather than folding them into a website price.

What does basic SEO include?

Accurate titles and descriptions, logical headings and internal links, meaningful image descriptions, responsive layouts and compressed assets, canonical URLs, a sitemap and robots rules, social-sharing metadata, accurate business structured data, and instructions for your own Search Console verification. It’s a foundation, not a ranking guarantee; additional SEO work is scoped separately.

What do AI integrations cost and require?

A basic AI FAQ starts at $500 and configures an existing hosted tool with a limited, approved set of answers. An advanced assistant starts at $1,500 after discovery and covers more sources, retrieval, integration, evaluation, and defined data boundaries. Provider or API usage, subscriptions, content refresh, and monitoring are separate, and we don’t build autonomous transactions, sensitive-data workflows, or regulated advice tools.

Can you help with SharePoint or a custom idea?

Yes, as a separately scoped project. SharePoint pages and team hubs are built in your own Microsoft 365 tenant with your licensing. Custom applications, stores, accounts, and similar work get a written quote after we discuss scope.

Can I order a logo without a website, or add one to my website project?

Both. Logo design is quoted separately after a short brief, whether on its own or alongside a website. The written scope sets concept count, revision rounds, deliverables (full-color and monochrome versions, transparent PNGs, and vector files when included), timing, and price. We don’t promise unlimited concepts, a full brand strategy, or trademark exclusivity.
