New service

AI assistants that answer after hours.

An assistant on your website that answers common questions from content you have approved, points visitors to your booking page, and passes everything else to a person. It is set up to stay inside that content, and it is always labeled as AI.

The short version

  • Answers from your approved content onlyIf the answer is not in what you gave us, it says so and offers your contact details.
  • Labeled as AI, not a personVisitors are told what they are talking to before they start.
  • The provider account is yoursSet up in your name, so the assistant and its billing stay with you.
  • Starting prices are publishedBoth are on this page, confirmed in a written scope.

What you get

A helper that knows its limits.

Two sizes, one idea: a visitor asks a question at any hour and gets the answer you would have given, or a clear way to reach you.

  • A basic FAQ assistant

An existing hosted tool, configured with a limited set of answers you approve: hours, services, prices, location, policies and how to book.

  • Or an advanced assistant

More sources, retrieval from your own documents, connection to tools you already use, evaluation and defined data boundaries. It begins with a discovery session.

  • Placed on your website

A button visitors can open from any page. Nothing loads until someone asks for it, so the site stays fast.

  • A clear handoff to you

When a question is outside the approved content, the assistant says so and gives the visitor your form, phone number or booking link.

  • Tested before launch

We ask it the questions your customers ask, including the ones it should decline, and correct the content until the answers are right.

  • Yours to keep

The provider account, the approved content and the settings are in your name. We work through access you grant and can remove.

How it works

From first call to live.

Nothing is configured until the scope and the price are agreed in writing.

  1. A call about the questions

We talk through what visitors ask most, where those answers live today and whether a basic or an advanced assistant fits. An advanced build starts with a discovery session that defines the sources and the data boundaries.

  2. You approve the answers

You supply the facts: hours, services, prices, policies and who should receive a handoff. We shape them into content for the assistant and you sign off on every answer before it goes in.

  3. Set up and test

We configure the assistant in your provider account, place it on the site and test it with real questions, including ones it must not answer.

  4. Launch and handoff

The assistant goes live, labeled as AI. You keep the account and the content, with notes on how to update the answers or switch it off.

Good to know

  • Running costs are separate. The AI provider bills you directly for its subscription or usage. We name the provider and its current plan before anything is added.
  • You supply the facts. An assistant is only as accurate as the content behind it. You provide and approve it, and you tell us when it changes.
  • Upkeep is not included. Refreshing content and monitoring conversations after launch are separate work, at $75 per hour with an estimate agreed first.
  • It can still be wrong. AI answers are not guaranteed. A person should review anything that matters, and the assistant is set to hand off rather than guess.
  • What we do not build. Assistants that complete transactions on their own, public assistants that handle sensitive personal data, and tools that give regulated advice.

Prices marked "from" are starting prices for setup, confirmed after scope review. They do not include what the AI provider charges you to run the assistant.

Why it matters

Why it matters for your business.

  • An answer when you are closed

A visitor with a simple question at night gets the answer you approved instead of an empty inbox.

  • Only what you approved

The assistant works from your content. When it does not know, it says so and points to you.

  • A person stays in charge

It answers and hands off. Decisions, quotes and anything sensitive stay with you and your staff.

  • No lock in

The account is in your name. You can change the answers, change who manages it or turn it off.

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly

What is the difference between the basic and the advanced assistant?

A basic AI FAQ assistant starts at $500 and configures an existing hosted tool with a limited, approved set of answers. An advanced assistant starts at $1,500 after a discovery session and covers more sources, retrieval, integration, evaluation and defined data boundaries.

Have you built one of these for a client?

Not yet. The assistant on this website, opened with the Ask our AI assistant button, is one we set up for our own studio on ElevenLabs, and it is the only one we have in use. This is a new service, so we show no client examples and make no claims about results.

What do we need to supply?

Accurate answers to the questions your customers ask, such as hours, services, prices and policies, plus the contact details a visitor should be handed when the assistant cannot help. You also open the provider account in your name, or we set it up with you, so billing and ownership stay with you.

What does it cost to run?

The setup price covers our work. The AI provider charges you directly for its subscription or usage, and that amount depends on the provider and on how much the assistant is used. We tell you which provider and plan we recommend before you agree to anything.

Can it take bookings?

It can point visitors to your booking page or your booking link in the conversation. Connecting an assistant to a calendar or another system is integration work, which is part of an advanced assistant and is confirmed in the written scope. See booking and integrations

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It is set up to say so and to offer your contact form, phone number or booking link. It is not set up to guess, to quote prices you did not approve or to make promises on your behalf.

Who checks what it says?

Before launch, you approve the content and we test the answers together. After launch, AI answers should still be reviewed by a person from time to time. Reviewing conversations and refreshing content is separate work at $75 per hour with an estimate agreed first.

Can it handle private or regulated information?

No. We do not build assistants that complete transactions on their own, that work with sensitive data or that give regulated advice such as medical, legal or financial guidance. The assistant should tell visitors not to share private details and direct them to a person.

What do your customers keep asking?

Send us the questions and we will tell you whether a basic or an advanced assistant fits, with the price in writing.
