How we handle your information.
What this covers
This policy explains what information motowebworks.com collects, why, and how long we keep it. “We” throughout this page means Moto Web Works LLC, a veteran-owned web studio in Florence, Kentucky.
Information you send us
When you use the inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name and email address (required), and optionally a business name, phone number, existing website address, project type, project description, timing preference, logo brief details, and any estimate you attach from the estimator. We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project, and prepare a written scope and quote.
Please don’t send passwords, payment-card numbers, Microsoft 365 or other tenant credentials, or patient or other sensitive personal information through the form. If a project needs access to a service, we’ll arrange it securely during the project.
The estimator
The pricing estimator runs entirely in your browser. Your selections are not sent anywhere unless you choose “Request my proposal,” which copies the estimate into the inquiry form for you to review and send.
How the form is processed
- Hosting and form handling. The website and the inquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare processes requests to deliver the site and may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and operations under its own policies.
- Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a real visitor. Turnstile may process technical browser information for that purpose and may set a cookie needed for the check.
- Email delivery. Accepted inquiries are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, and arrive in our business mailbox. Your email address is used as the reply address.
- Abuse controls. To limit spam and abuse, the inquiry endpoint applies request limits based on IP address. Full inquiry contents are not written to server logs.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not currently run analytics. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled in the future, it measures page views without cookies or cross-site tracking, and this policy will be updated to say so. Cloudflare Turnstile may use a cookie strictly to complete its bot check on the contact form.

Selected work links to client and personal websites that have their own privacy practices. This policy applies only to motowebworks.com.
How long we keep information
Inquiry emails stay in our business mailbox for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project and our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing hello@motowebworks.com. Copies held by Cloudflare or Resend for delivery, security, or logging follow those providers’ retention periods.
Who can see it
We don’t sell or share your information for marketing. It is seen only by Moto Web Works and by the service providers named above, to the extent needed to deliver the site and the form. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You don’t have to use the form; you can email or call instead. To access, correct, or delete information you’ve sent us, email hello@motowebworks.com.
