What this site collects, why, who processes it and how long we keep it.
What this covers
This policy explains what information motowebworks.com collects, why, and how long we keep it. "We" throughout this page means Moto Web Works LLC, a veteran owned web studio in Florence, Kentucky.
Information you send us
When you use the inquiry form on the contact page, we receive what you enter: your name and email address, and, where you provide them, a phone number, your business name, your current website address, your timing, the list of what you need, and a note about the project. We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project, and prepare a written scope and quote.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Microsoft 365 or other tenant credentials, or patient or other sensitive personal information through the form. If a project needs access to a service, we will arrange it securely during the project.
How the form is processed
- Hosting and form handling. The website and the inquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare processes requests to deliver the site and may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and operations under its own policies.
- Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a real visitor. Turnstile may process technical browser information for that purpose and may set a cookie needed for the check.
- Email delivery. Accepted inquiries are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, and arrive in our business mailbox. Your email address is used as the reply address.
- Inquiry storage. Each accepted inquiry is also stored in our private inbox database, which runs on Cloudflare D1 inside our Cloudflare account. We use that inbox to read inquiries, track their status and reply, and it keeps a record of the replies we send from it. It is not public.
- Abuse controls. To limit spam and abuse, the inquiry endpoint applies request limits based on IP address. Full inquiry contents are not written to server logs.
The AI assistant
Some pages offer an optional AI assistant. It opens only if you choose to start it. Nothing loads or listens beforehand. Conversations with it (your typed messages, and your voice if you choose to speak) are processed by ElevenLabs, the service that powers it, under their own privacy terms. The assistant is an AI, not a person; it can make mistakes, and nothing it says changes a written quote or our published policies. Do not share passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive details with it. For anything personal, use the contact form, email, or phone instead.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It measures page views and performance without cookies, does not identify you personally, and does not track you across other websites; the data stays in our Cloudflare account.
We also count visits ourselves, on the same Cloudflare service that runs the site, so we can see which links bring people here (for example an ad, a search engine, an AI assistant, or a printed flyer). For each page view we record the page, the website or campaign tag that sent you, your country, and your general device and browser type. We do not store your IP address and we do not use cookies. To count unique visitors without identifying anyone, we use an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Detailed records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept after that. Visits from search engine and AI crawlers are counted separately and are not treated as people.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may use a cookie strictly to complete its bot check on the contact form.

Selected work links to client and personal websites that have their own privacy practices. This policy applies only to motowebworks.com.
How long we keep information
Inquiry emails stay in our business mailbox, and the stored copies stay in our private inbox database, for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project and our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing hello@motowebworks.com. Copies held by Cloudflare or Resend for delivery, security, or logging follow those providers' retention periods.
Who can see it
We do not sell or share your information for marketing. It is seen only by Moto Web Works and by the service providers named above, to the extent needed to deliver the site and the form. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You do not have to use the form; you can email or call instead. To access, correct, or delete information you have sent us, email hello@motowebworks.com.
