Services ยท Growth and care
New serviceWhen someone nearby searches for what you do, Google shows a profile with your hours, phone number, photos and reviews. We claim it with you, complete every part of it, and make your website say the same things. We do not promise a position in the results, and nobody honestly can.
The short version
What you get
A profile is easy to claim and easy to leave half finished. This is a one time setup that fills in everything Google asks for, with facts you supply and approve.
We create or claim the profile in your Google account and walk you through verification, which Google sends to you and only you can complete.
A primary category that matches what you actually do, sensible secondary ones, and your services listed in plain words customers search for.
Regular and holiday hours, a street address or a service area for businesses that travel to customers, your phone number, your website and your booking link.
A short description written from your facts, plus your logo, a cover image and the photos you supply, sized and ordered so the profile looks cared for.
A short link you can text or print that opens the review box, and one first post on the profile so you can see how posting works.
Your name, address, phone number and hours on the website exactly as they appear on the profile, with the structured data and page titles that tell search engines where you are.
How it works
Nothing starts until the scope and the price are agreed in writing.
We check whether a profile already exists, who controls it, whether there are duplicates, and what your website currently says. Then we send a written scope and a fixed price.
You add us as a manager on the profile, or we create it together in your account. You send hours, services, the area you cover and photos.
Every section is filled in, you approve the wording, and the matching details go onto your website. Verification happens on Google's schedule, not ours.
You get the review link, plain notes on changing hours, adding photos and writing a post, and a reminder of how to remove our access.
Pricing
How the price is set
The price depends on where you are starting from: a new profile or one that needs to be reclaimed, one location or several, and whether the website details are ours to change or sit on a site someone else built. The written scope lists each part of the profile we will complete, the pages of your site we will touch, and one fixed price for the setup. Google does not charge for a Business Profile.
Changes after handoff, such as new photos, posts or seasonal hours, are yours to make with the notes we leave, or ours at $75 per hour with an estimate agreed first.
Why it matters
The profile is what appears on the map and beside local results, often before anyone reaches your website.
Correct regular and holiday hours mean nobody drives to a locked door or calls after you have gone home.
Your phone number, directions and booking link sit right on the profile, ready for someone on a phone.
You stay the owner in your own Google account. Managers, including us, can be added and removed at any time.
We cannot promise that, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Google decides what to show for each search. What we do is make sure your profile is complete, accurate and consistent with your website, which is the part of local search a business controls.
Not yet. Every website we build includes search basics such as clear titles, structured data and a sitemap, but setting up a Google Business Profile is a new service for us. That is why this page shows no examples and makes no claims about results.
Access to the Google account that should own the profile, your exact business name, address or service area, phone number, regular and holiday hours, a list of services, and photos of your business, your work or your team. You also complete the verification step when Google asks for it.
Yes. We review what is there, correct the categories, hours and details, fill in what is missing and tidy the photos. If the profile is controlled by a former employee or an old agency, we guide you through Google's process for requesting ownership, which Google decides.
Usually, yes. Google allows a service area business to hide its street address and list the towns or areas it covers instead. We set the profile up that way and describe the same area on your website.
No. We set up a short link that opens the review box so asking a happy customer is easy, and we can suggest wording for the request. Replying to reviews stays with you, because the reply should come from the business. We never write or buy reviews.
The profile work is the same either way. For the matching details on your site, we need to be able to edit it. If we built it, that is simple. If someone else did, we look at it on the call and tell you what we can change. See website care and search
Google does not charge for the profile. If you want us to make changes later, that is hourly work at $75 per hour with an estimate agreed first. The notes we leave are written so you can handle hours, photos and posts yourself.
Send us your business name and town. We will look at the profile and your site, then tell you in writing what we would complete and what it costs.
