The ad and the page agree
A visitor who taps on an offer lands on that offer, in the same words, instead of a home page they have to search.

New serviceA landing page is a single page with a single job: explain one offer, one event or one ad, and ask the visitor to do one thing. No menu full of exits and no tour of the whole business. We design it, write the structure with you and build it on your domain.
The short version
What you get
For a seasonal offer, an opening, a class signup, a single service or the page behind a paid ad. Here is what the build covers.
Before any design we agree on the offer, who the page is for, the one action you want and the order of the sections that lead to it.
A tap on an ad or a social post usually happens on a phone, so the page is designed there first and then widened for tablet and desktop.
A form that reaches your inbox, a tap to call button or a link to your booking or checkout provider. One of them leads; the rest stay out of the way.
Built with your logo, colors and photos so the page looks like the business the visitor just saw in the ad or on the flyer.
A proper title and description, a preview image for when the link is shared, and a short address that is easy to print or say out loud.
We connect the page to your domain, test the action from start to finish and hand over the files and notes when the project is paid.
Concept
An illustration, not client work
The offer and the action, side by side.
Northline Heating and Plumbing is a concept: an invented business we designed to show our range. It is not a client and its phone number is not real. We show it here for the pattern a landing page follows, which is one plain promise with the form beside it, before any scrolling.
See the concept siteHow it works
Nothing starts until the scope and the price are agreed in writing.
We ask what you are promoting, who it is for, where the visitors will come from and what you want them to do. If a landing page is the wrong tool, we say so on the call.
You receive the sections, the action, what you will supply and the price in writing. Work begins once you agree and the deposit is paid.
We lay out the page in order, design it with your brand and build it. You review it on a private link and send your notes together in agreed rounds.
We send a test through the form or the button, connect the page to your domain and publish. You keep the page, the files and a short note on how changes are requested.
Pricing
A landing page is new on our list, so the exact price is scoped for your page instead of printed here.
How the price is set
Our published reference point is the Business Starter package: one scrolling page with up to six standard sections for $500, with further standard sections at $50 each. That package is a whole small site on one page. A landing page is a similar size of build with a narrower purpose, and the quote moves with what yours needs: the number of sections, who writes the words, whether it joins a site we did not build, and any booking, payment or ad tracking setup. The written scope lists every one of those with one price.
Business Starter is a published package price and can be seen with everything it includes on the pricing page. A landing page quote is confirmed in writing after a call.
Why it matters
A visitor who taps on an offer lands on that offer, in the same words, instead of a home page they have to search.
Short sections, large buttons and a form with only the fields you need, because the visitor is usually holding a phone.
With a single action on the page, it is plain whether an offer is being taken up. We can connect the analytics account you own.
The page sits on your domain. Reuse it next season, point it at a new offer or take it down. Nothing is rented from us.
A website introduces the whole business and lets visitors look around. A landing page makes one offer to one kind of visitor and asks for one action, usually with no main menu. Many businesses have both: the site for people who search for them, and a landing page for each campaign.
Business Starter is our published package for one scrolling page with up to six standard sections, at $500. It is meant to be a small business's whole site. A landing page is a similar size of build aimed at a single offer, so that price is the honest reference point, but the exact figure is set in a written scope after a call because sections, writing and connections differ from page to page. We build custom websites for clients, and you can open them on our work page. A standalone landing page for a campaign is a new service on our list, so we show no client examples for it and make no claims about results. The image on this page is a concept site for an invented business.
The offer in plain terms, including the price, dates and any conditions. Your logo and colors, photos you have the right to use, and the email address or phone number where responses should go. If the page will sit on your existing domain, we also need access to wherever that domain is managed.
No. A landing page can be the only thing on a domain, which suits an event or a business that is just starting. If you already have a site, the page can live at its own address on the same domain. When the existing site was built by someone else, we review how it is hosted before quoting.
Yes, by linking to or embedding a provider in your own account, such as a booking calendar or a hosted checkout. That setup is listed in the scope as its own line. See booking, payments and integrations
No. We do not manage ad campaigns or budgets. We build the page, make sure the headline matches the ad you plan to run and can add the tracking code from your ad account so your reports work.
It is yours. You can leave it up, have it updated for the next offer, redirect its address to your main site or remove it. We explain the options at handoff so an expired offer is not left online by accident.
Tell us the offer and where the visitors will come from. We will say whether a landing page fits and put the price in writing.
