A section is a block on one page, such as Services or Questions. A page has its own address. Navigation and footer are never billable sections. Extra section charges apply only to Business Starter. Personal Portfolio and Business Website are priced by page.
You supply accurate content and licensed images, and light polishing is included. New copywriting is an add on at $100 per page.
Logo design is available by custom quote, on its own or alongside your website. It is not included in the package prices. See logo and brand identity.
Packages include simple transitions and polished interactions. Elaborate custom animation, video production and advanced interactive experiences are scoped separately. This site is a showcase, not the definition of an entry level package.

The discount applies to one time website charges, meaning packages and add ons. It does not apply to monthly care, hourly work or separately quoted items. One discount per project. Mention it when you get in touch.

Either of us can cancel care with notice before the next monthly billing date. New pages, redesigns, logo work, major migrations, new features, marketing campaigns, AI usage and monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration and third party subscription charges are not part of a care plan.
Hourly rate

No plan and no minimum package. We review the work first, agree an estimate with you, and only then start. No hours, total or deposit are assumed before that review.

Some work has no list price because the scope decides it. Logo design and everything on this list gets a written quote once we have talked it through.
Prices marked from are starting prices confirmed after scope review. AI provider or API usage, subscriptions, content refresh and monitoring are billed separately.
Payment terms
The scope, the price and the timing are in writing before any money moves.
Paid by secure invoice once the written scope is agreed. Work begins when it arrives.
Website packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
You give final approval and pay the remaining balance, then we launch and hand off the agreed deliverables.
For 30 days after launch we fix defects in the agreed deliverables at no charge. Scope changes, third party service changes and content edits are not defects.
Third party subscriptions, provider usage, domain registration and applicable taxes are additional. If a project is cancelled after the deposit, we keep payment for work completed and refund any unearned portion within 14 days. The full wording is in our terms.
Questions
Every package includes responsive layouts, basic on page and technical search setup, domain connection, one working inquiry form, two consolidated revision rounds and a 30 day window for defects in agreed deliverables. Personal Portfolio is one page, with each additional page at $25. Business Starter is one scrolling page with up to 6 sections. Business Website is up to 5 pages with one standard booking embed included.
Yes. Targeted fixes are $75 per hour after a site review, with an estimate agreed first. A full rebuild uses the normal package prices, and migration and unusual integrations are quoted after review. If you are unsure, send the address and we will recommend a path.
Accurate text, licensed images, your logo if you have one, and access to services you already use, such as your domain registrar or booking provider. Light polishing of your text is included. New copywriting is an add on at $100 per page.
No. Care is optional. Monitoring is $49 per month, Website Care is $99 per month, Care + Improvement is $199 per month, and work without a plan is $75 per hour. Cancelling care never removes ownership of your website.
Your domain registration, any hosting plan you choose, and third party services such as booking, newsletter or AI providers bill you directly. Applicable taxes are additional. We list these separately rather than folding them into a website price.
A basic AI FAQ starts at $500 and configures an existing hosted tool with a limited, approved set of answers. An advanced assistant starts at $1,500 after discovery and covers more sources, retrieval, integration, evaluation and defined data boundaries. Provider or API usage, subscriptions, content refresh and monitoring are separate. We do not build assistants that complete transactions on their own or tools that give regulated advice. Work that involves sensitive information is scoped separately, with a person reviewing every result.
Both. Logo design is quoted separately after a short brief, whether on its own or alongside a website. The written scope sets concept count, revision rounds, deliverables, timing and price. We do not promise unlimited concepts, a full brand strategy or trademark exclusivity.
It depends on the package, the add ons and how quickly content arrives. We confirm timing in the written proposal after reviewing requirements rather than promising a turnaround up front.
