Industries
Real estate.
Buyers browse the big portals. They come to your own site to decide whether to call you. Here is what we would build for an agent, a small team, a brokerage or a property manager.

From your side
What a real estate business needs from its website.
Written the way an agent would say it, between a showing and a closing.
Our listings have to look their best
Large photos that load quickly on a phone, the facts in a clean row, a map, and a way to ask for a showing right beside them. A sold listing should say sold, not disappear.
People are choosing an agent, not a website
Sellers want to know who we are, where we work and how we work before they invite us in. The site has to say that in our own words, with our own face on it.
We want to be the one who knows the area
A page for each neighborhood we cover, written from what we actually know: the streets, the schools nearby, the commute, what homes there tend to be like.
An inquiry should reach us while it is warm
A showing request or a question about selling should land in our inbox at once, say which property it is about, and never get lost in a general contact form.
Our side
What we would build.
Each piece is a service of its own. Take the ones your real estate business needs and leave the rest.
- Custom websitesA site of your own: featured listings, a page for each neighborhood you cover, your story and a clear way to reach you, under your name and not a portal.
- Showing requests, maps and lead formsA request form on each listing that names the property, a map embed, and a calendar for calls or showings if you already use one.
- A page for one property or one offerA single page for one listing or for a home value request, built to be shared, printed on a sign or used with an ad.Scoped and quoted after a call
- Listing flyers and business cardsListing flyers for open houses and a business card, matched to the site so everything you hand over looks like one business.Flyer design $125. Business card design $100.
- Email newsletter setupA signup on the site and a template in your look, for new listings and market notes sent to people who asked for them.Newsletter signup on your site $100. The template and first send are quoted after a call.
- Google Business Profile and local searchA complete Google Business Profile with your service area, your office hours and your phone number, so local sellers can find you by name.Scoped and quoted after a call
Where a line says "Scoped and quoted after a call", we have not yet delivered that service for a client, so there is no package price. You get a written quote before any work begins.
The example
No example to show yet.
We have not built a real estate site yet, and we do not have a concept for one either, so there is nothing here to show you. The picture at the top of this page is an illustration, not a site. Our client work and our concept sites are on the work page, and we are glad to talk through how we would approach yours.
See our workProcess
How a project runs.
Talk it through
A short call about your market, how listings reach you today and what your brokerage or listing service allows on your own site.
Written scope
Pages, listing handling, forms and the price in writing before any work begins.
Design and build
You review real pages with real listings and photos, and send feedback in rounds.
Launch and handoff
Domain connected, files delivered, accounts in your name. Care is optional.
Questions
Before you ask.
Have you built a real estate website before?
No, not yet, and there is no example on this page for that reason. Our client sites are in other fields. They are on the work page, and we will say plainly what is new to us when we scope your project.
Can the site show every listing from our listing service automatically?
A live feed of listings is possible, but we have not delivered one for a client. It depends on what your listing service and your brokerage allow and which data provider they approve, and the provider may charge its own fees. We would scope and quote it after a call. A site that shows your own featured listings, added by hand, is much simpler and fits a standard package.
How do listings get added, changed or marked sold?
With hand picked listings, each one is a small edit: you send the photos and the facts, and we publish it or mark it sold, either as hourly work or within a care plan. If you want to add listings yourself, a visual content editor is a custom piece that we would quote first.
What happens to all our listing photos?
We resize and compress them so a full gallery still loads quickly on a phone, and we write a plain description for each one. You supply photos you have the right to use. We do not edit a photo in a way that changes what the property looks like.
Where do showing requests and inquiries go?
To you, by email, as soon as they are sent, with the property named in the message. Every website package includes one standard working inquiry form, and each additional form is $100. If you already use a customer database, connecting the forms to it is written into the scope with its price.
What does a site like this cost?
Our website packages have published prices. Personal Portfolio is $150 for one page, which can suit a single agent, and Business Website is $700 for up to five pages. Neighborhood pages beyond that are $100 each. Anything outside a package is quoted in writing before work begins. See pricing
Can you write the neighborhood pages?
Yes, from the facts you give us, at $100 per page. The local knowledge has to be yours, because that is what makes the page worth reading. We keep the writing to the place and the homes, and we do not describe who should or should not live there.
Who owns the website if we change brokerages?
You do. You own your domain, and after full payment you receive the agreed custom code and deliverables, subject to any third party licenses. What your brokerage requires you to display on the site is yours to confirm with them, and we will add what they ask for.
Tell us about your real estate business.
We will reply with a clear next step and a written scope.
